It was my first time ever to watch a laundry musical entitled ” When I Shine With You and I am very privileged because it is Ms. Lea Salonga who stars in it featuring the story of Lea’s most iconic pieces of clothing and how they keep shining anew.
It also showcased performances from Lea’s The Voice mentees, digital parenting icons Maggie Wilson, Kelly Misa and Cat Arambulo and their memorable clothes in the past that are bear significant memories to them and now shining like new.
Every piece of clothing has a story and in this musical, Lea takes us on a journey down memory lane by telling the story behind some of her most treasured clothes in her iconic roles. Some clothes were from Annie, Miss Saigon and when she became a new mom.
