With the current situation the world is facing, we will do anything and everything to keep our family healthy and safe. More and more people are opting for natural ways of eating, living and using natural products.
When I first heard of essential oils, I really don’t know what it is for. I attended several introductions and workshops too but I was really hesitant because first, it’s a little bit pricey and second, I have not used oils my entire life. There are also a lot of options available in the market.
Then, a family friend introduced me to doTERRA. She gave me an introduction kit for me to try that includes Lemon, Peppermint and Lavender. Three of my kids have allergic rhinitis and they usually have attacks upon waking up.
So, I bought an oil diffuser and tried diffusing peppermint and lemon at night for a good night’s sleep. I did it for an entire week. It really smells good and me and my kids slept soundly all through the night. It also lessened their sneezing in the morning.
doTERRA is a Latin word meaning “gift of the Earth”. We believe that essential oils are a gift of nature to humankind. doTERRA uses a global network of farmers and growers to source their essential oils to ensure its purity and direct from farmer to the doTERRA plant who manufactures the oils. It assures us that the oils we are buying and using are of the highest quality.
How to Use doTERRA Essential Oils?
Aromatic – Breathe in or use diffuser to:
- open airways
- boost mood
- freshen the air
Topical – apply to bottoms of feet or areas to target specific needs
You can basically apply it whenever there’s a need like headache, minor burns and even insect bites. It is proven to work also on reducing stress, increase sleep quality, and other minor health issues.
I already started my essential oils journey and I will continue to educate myself on the benefits of it and how my family can stay safe and healthy in the most natural way.
I’m officially an “Oilbularya”! and I am so happy to be one. 🙂
